Sarah is the VP, Human Resources & Administration at St. George Tanaq Corporation, a government focused consulting company, where she leads the human resources, contracting, information technology, process improvement, and internal communications efforts.
She is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while driving processes necessary to achieve the company’s goals and in building the high-performance culture for exponential & sustainable growth. As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, Sarah creates strategies to positively impact the organization’s culture and capabilities.
Sarah’s team provides Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality support across the companies, including leading organization-wide initiatives like ISO-9001 and CMMI certifications. Before joining St. George Tanaq, Sarah held numerous roles in Operations and Program & Project Management at companies like Karna, General Dynamics Information Technology, and Linde, where she was a Lean-Six Sigma Program Manager for the German enterprise.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs from Miami University (Ohio), a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a 6-Sigma Black Belt.
Patrick is the head of internal audit, risk management & internal consulting efforts across the Cox family of businesses and, in his spare time, a part time professor at the University of Georgia help MBA and Exec End teams develop a continuous improvement mindset.
Previously Patrick served as Cox Communications Vice President of Supply Chain Operations, Planning, and Logistics where had overall responsibility to develop and execute the fulfillment of all supply chain needs. He was also the Executive Director of Process Improvement, where he implemented the Center Stage program, developed the process framework for Salesforce, and updated our 6-Sigma training program. Before joining COX, Patrick held numerous roles in business transformation at Fortune 1000 companies including AGCO, CHEP, Linde, and Ernst & Young.
Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations & Statistics from Miami University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida, and a 6-Sigma Master Black Belt.
